2)The standard regular size of the packing box is 1610 X 320 X 850 mm (63.3 X 12.5 X 33.4 in)
3)Once shipped out, the box can't be returned, so please check out the size first before you place the order.
4)Packing the Box is a simple process that typically involves removing your pedals, wheels, handlebar, and your seat, and Seatpost. The exact packing steps will vary for each bike or frame. The packing material is not provided inside but only the box. You need to prepare the packing material by yourself.
5)If you have a BeeCool e-bike, you can choose the customized size for the specific model and if you just need a box for a regular bike or e-bike, you can choose the standard regular size.

Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item within 30 days for reasons unrelated to defects, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we will refund the item's cost, excluding the shipping fee. Refunds: Following the reception and assessment of the returned product, we will notify you via email. The refund, processed within 7 business days, will be credited to the original payment method.
