At Summit Prestige, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We provide an easy-to-understand return procedure if any item does not live up to your expectations.

1. Cancellations Before Shipment

Should you need to cancel your order before it ships, reach out to us promptly at support@summitprestige.com or give us a call at +1 301-707-5785.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it free of charge and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation cannot be applied. In that case, please follow the standard return procedure outlined below.

We accept returns only for new, unopened items.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 4 days of delivery
