Order Processing

All orders placed with Summit Prestige are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), provided the items are in stock. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as transit times depend on USPS and destination.

Transit time for the United States is estimated at 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday) for Standard Shipping.

Shipping Origins and Taxes

Shipping from the United States. For domestic orders within the US, applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns (other than faulty or damaged items), Summit Prestige will provide customers with a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.

Shipping Costs for United States and International

We offer free Standard shipping on all domestic orders of $200.00 USD or more (after discounts, before taxes). For orders under $200.00 USD, the shipping charge is $15.00 USD.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within one to two (1–2) business days. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and plan for collection.
