➜ How soon will my order be shipped, and when can I expect to receive it?

➜ What is your cancellation policy?
⤷ You can cancel any order within 6 Hours. Kindly notify us immediately at support@summitprestige.com if you wish to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it becomes subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.
➜ What if my product is damaged?
⤷ Upon receiving your item(s), inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. In cases where you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect damage, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos to support@summitprestige.com, and we will initiate a replacement or provide compensation.

➜ How do I know when my order will ship?
⤷ Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. We will process your order immediately, and you'll receive an email confirming shipment with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse.
If an item becomes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. While we strive to maintain accurate stock information on our website, high demand can lead to quick sellouts.
➜ Will you send an order confirmation via email?
⤷ Yes, an order confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address for each order. We recommend printing and saving this confirmation for your records. Ensure your email address is entered correctly to receive the confirmation.
➜ Can I change my order?
⤷ Yes, you can make changes to your order at no cost by emailing us at support@summitprestige.com and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card, or we can send a custom invoice for the difference. Changes can only be made before shipping.
