If your product sustains damage, we recommend thoroughly inspecting the packaging upon its arrival. Should you observe any damage, including harm to the box, it is important to make a record of it when signing for delivery. In cases where you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect damage, kindly note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
