Our protective grill cover is equipped with a drawstring and side handle cutouts so that you can carry your grill even with the cover on. The Schwank grill cover also includes a cutout at the back with a Velcro strap so that you don't have to remove the gas hose when protecting or carrying your grill. We'll facilitate the return at no additional cost. Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we'll either provide a replacement or issue a refund, including the original shipping charges. Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item within 30 days for reasons unrelated to defects, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we will refund the item's cost, excluding the shipping fee. Refunds: Following the reception and assessment of the returned product, we will notify you via email. The refund, processed within 7 business days, will be credited to the original payment method.
