This is our lowest power consumption roof mounted air conditioner that is ready to run out of the box. Just plug it into a 12 volt battery and you're cooling! Provides up to 4500 BTU/h of cooling while consuming no more than 600 watts. After initial cool down the unit hums along sucking around 300 watts of power until the desired temperature is reached, at which point, if you have good insulation, it will cycle and consume even less power. It can go down to 41°F or 5°C — that is very cold, potentially allowing you to use this as a top for a makeshift refrigerator. Has two motorized swing doors for air vents. Includes remote. This is the perfect cooling device for any flat or gently sloping roof that you don't mind making a 14 x 11 inch penetration in.
