Babylon will charge the Shipping Fee ($1,000-$2,000)* (All farms ship from Richmond, Virginia) and Crating
Fee ($690)* directly to the End-User customer.

Professional Installation can either be done by Babylon or a trained VAR. Our typical Install Fee depends on where the End-User is located and varies from $750 - $ 1,200. The End-User will be invoiced for the Install Fee, and the fee collected will be allocated to Babylon and/or the VAR depending upon which party has performed the physical installation.

Babylon’s Standard Services:

The Service fee covers: a dedicated account manager, seeds, grow medium, nutrients, PH, food safe cleaning supplies, cellular connection, software license, App, data storage, 3 year warranty on parts, and a 1 year warranty on labor.

VAR Enhanced Services may include:

• Provide planted installs At install
• Educational programming around the Farm 2 hours a month
• Weekly harvest, clean and pack services 1 hour
• Bi-weekly Cleaning of the Micro-Farm 1 hour
• Every two month deep clean of the farm 2 hours
• Every 6 months peroxide flush of the farm 4 hours
• Nutrient replacement and sensor calibration 30 min

Order Processing Time:	Standard Processing : 1 to 2 business days (orders after 6 PM processed next business day). Please allow 4-7 days for delivery for products in stock. Want to delay delivery for a later date? No problem! Just contact us.
Shipping rates and Delivery:	Orders over $200: Free Shipping. Orders under $200: $15 flat shipping fee. Shipping limited to the United States. Shipping Methods: Freight carriers (18-wheel trucks) used for most orders. Freight items require curbside delivery appointment (phone number required at checkout).

We aim to ensure your shopping experience with us is hassle-free, and to achieve that, we've streamlined our return and refund process for clarity. Here's a breakdown of our policy: Return Time Frame: You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if it surpasses the 30-day period, we won't be able to accept the return. Shipping Cost: In cases where the item is defective or not as expected, we cover the shipping cost for the return. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping expenses. Defective or Broken Products: If the product is faulty or damaged, notify us within 30 days. We'll facilitate the return at no additional cost. Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we'll either provide a replacement or issue a refund, including the original shipping charges. Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item within 30 days for reasons unrelated to defects, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we will refund the item's cost, excluding the shipping fee. Refunds: Following the reception and assessment of the returned product, we will notify you via email. The refund, processed within 7 business days, will be credited to the original payment method. Note that banking institutions may take some time to reflect the refund. If more than 10 business days elapse without the refund appearing, please reach out to us at support@summitprestige.com.
