- The tent is made of 300gsm cotton canvas with a thick 540gsm PVC groundsheet, ripstop and waterproof. All seams are double-stitched, lined with water-repellent tapes.
- The tent frame comprises a solid steel center pole and multiple galvanized steel poles, fixed by strong guylines and stakes, supporting the tent against fury storms and roaring wind.
- The camping tent features a mesh door, 6 zipper windows, and 4 vents for good ventilation and no disturbance of bugs. In addition, the tent can be detached entirely from the groundsheet in summer.

Shipping Cost: In cases where the item is defective or not as expected, we cover the shipping cost for the return. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Defective or Broken Products: If the product is faulty or damaged, notify us within 30 days. We'll facilitate the return at no additional cost. Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we'll either provide a replacement or issue a refund, including the original shipping charges.
Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item within 30 days for reasons unrelated to defects, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we will refund the item's cost, excluding the shipping fee.
Refunds: Following the reception and assessment of the returned product, we will notify you via email. The refund, processed within 7 business days, will be credited to the original payment method. Note that banking institutions may take some time to reflect the refund.
