Shipping rates and Delivery:	Orders over $200: Free Shipping. Orders under $200: $15 flat shipping fee. Shipping limited to the United States. Shipping Methods: Freight carriers (18-wheel trucks) used for most orders. Freight items require curbside delivery appointment (phone number required at checkout).

Here's a breakdown of our policy: Return Time Frame: You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if it surpasses the 30-day period, we won't be able to accept the return. Shipping Cost: In cases where the item is defective or not as expected, we cover the shipping cost for the return. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping expenses. Defective or Broken Products: If the product is faulty or damaged, notify us within 30 days. We'll facilitate the return at no additional cost. Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we'll either provide a replacement or issue a refund, including the original shipping charges. Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item within 30 days for reasons unrelated to defects, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we will refund the item's cost, excluding the shipping fee. Refunds: Following the reception and assessment of the returned product, we will notify you via email. The refund, processed within 7 business days, will be credited to the original payment method.
