Note: This seat post fits our Bee Adventurer/Bee Explorer/Bee Pathfinder Series/Bee Ranger models. There are two types of seat posts. One is the Reduced head 31.6*350mm which is suitable for bikes with reduced head seat posts and the other one is the Double rail single nail 31.6*350mm which is ideal for bikes with double rail seat posts. All the original seat posts on a BeeCool model are double-rail versions.

1) Extended post: the original seat post length of a BeeCool model is 275mm and this one is 350mm which is longer and more ideal for higher riders.
2) Material: Made of 6061 Aluminum, the same material used on a BeeCool bike frame.
3) Compatibility: before you buy the seat post, you need to confirm the version of the post first. If you need to replace the original seat post on your BeeCool model, you can buy the double rail version but if you want to use it on our Wide E-Bike Seat or Wide E-Bike Seat With Back Rest, you need to buy the reduced head version.

Here's a breakdown of our policy: Return Time Frame: You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if it surpasses the 30-day period, we won't be able to accept the return. Shipping Cost: In cases where the item is defective or not as expected, we cover the shipping cost for the return. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping expenses. Defective or Broken Products: If the product is faulty or damaged, notify us within 30 days. We'll facilitate the return at no additional cost. Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we'll either provide a replacement or issue a refund, including the original shipping charges. Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item within 30 days for reasons unrelated to defects, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we will refund the item's cost, excluding the shipping fee. Refunds: Following the reception and assessment of the returned product, we will notify you via email. The refund, processed within 7 business days, will be credited to the original payment method.
