We aim to ensure your shopping experience with us is hassle-free, and to achieve that, we've streamlined our return and refund process for clarity. Here's a breakdown of our policy:
Return Time Frame: You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if it surpasses the 30-day period, we won't be able to accept the return.
Shipping Cost: In cases where the item is defective or not as expected, we cover the shipping cost for the return. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Defective or Broken Products: If the product is faulty or damaged, notify us within 30 days. We'll facilitate the return at no additional cost. Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we'll either provide a replacement or issue a refund, including the original shipping charges.
Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item within 30 days for reasons unrelated to defects, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we will refund the item's cost, excluding the shipping fee.
Refunds: Following the reception and assessment of the returned product, we will notify you via email. The refund, processed within 7 business days, will be credited to the original payment method. Note that banking institutions may take some time to reflect the refund.
